Andrew Gould

Andrew has extensive experience in catastrophic injury cases, including closed head injuries and spinal injuries. His experience includes handling medical malpractice, premises liability, commercial motor vehicle wrecks, car wrecks and more. He has tried and mediated numerous complex cases. His achievements include numerous recoveries of seven and eight figures for catastrophic injuries in settlement and trial.

Andrew has been a speaker at numerous seminars across the country, speaking on topics that included jury focus groups, depositions, and various aspects of trial strategies. He eventually became a faculty member of the Keenan Trial Institute, where he has taught courses on Case Selection, Mediation and Focus Groups.

As part of his litigation experience, he has conducted hundreds of individual focus groups all over the country. That experience has afforded him the opportunity to gain a deeper understanding about key issues in all types of cases, as well as understand common themes shared by similarly situated cases that can help with preparation in future cases. He also co-authored a book on jury focus group strategies, policies and procedures, which has since been published and sold nationwide.

Professional and Community Involvement

A native of Chatsworth, Ga., Andrew is a graduate of the University of the South in Sewanee, Tennessee, where he was the Varsity football team’s placekicker from 2005 to 2008. He received his law degree from New England Law | Boston in May 2012.

Andrew proudly serves as the current chairman for A New Veteran, a non-profit designed to assist Veterans better understand benefit entitlement, de-stigmatize disability benefits and ensure proper and completed application is submitted to ensure the Veteran obtains the benefits he or she has earned.
